"Christina Burkardt went above and beyond the call of duty to help me solve a problem regarding a State Farm billing which resulted in State Farm's inability to let me pay my bill online. Christina was professional, polite, thorough and took the time to answer all my questions fully and clearly. I don't know where State Farm found Christina, but my advice is that State Farm should return to that place and hire six more agents who are as helpful and efficient as Christina. She's a gem."

"Poor Customer service, never calls back. We have left dozens of voicemails to change policy and they do not callback. Find someone else if you are considering Statefarm. Michael Marlovits has poor customer service and zero reliability for his clients"

"Christina was very good at explaining the pros and cons of keeping or cancelling my car insurance for my 2005 Honda which is inoperable right now and I will probably donate it to a worthy cause. She recommended suspending my insurance. That way I would not lose my standing that I have with current discounts for when I finally buy a new Honda. They would just transfer it over to the new car. Phew ! Glad she recommended that ! Christina was so friendly in our phone call and I'm really happy that she helped me figure out what to do , for now , with my Honda."

"DO NOT go with them for insurance. I got in an accident in sept and car was totalled on my way to work on a wknd. I was told by these angents I shouldn't have called my insurance~!! what! They tried to put it under my policy even though it was clearly the other person's fault. It's been a nightmare dealing with them. Tried cancelling, still got charged called at least 6 times to cancel and they wouldn't do it until I was already charged. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Update: in oct they sent me the full amt (they had charged me my monthly payment for Oct) and they did refund me that amt."

"After paying my policy in full, I experienced issues with the State Farm app while setting up the Drive Safe and Save beacon. I was told that I needed to contact their development team to resolve the issues that their app was having. Once I was able to fully setup the beacon and track my trips, I was unenrolled from the program without any communication. I was then told that I never completed the setup and now owed money for the discount given. Now for over a month and numerous email inquiries I have heard nothing from them about the matter and have received bills for the policy that I paid in full. Very rude with poor communication."
